    Transaction booster = 1

Moved memory into black slots Eva200's pot black confirms clunk's earlier findings.

think it's given me a bit more headroom not confirmed yet

decided to give transaction booster a test:-
    Settings:-
    9x400@2:3 = 1200 Memory 5,5,5,15 2.35v

    1) Transaction Booster Auto

    1) Transaction Booster Enabled=1

Seems to give around 2% performance boost.

what's interesting is if left on auto it does nothing enabled gives 2 levels 0 & 1 disabled gives another 3 levels which supposedly add to stability. Seems a bit like the Dram drive strength bios option that was on the dfi neoo4.

Not explored the disabled bit yet but if u have any memory oc's that are just over the edge it may be worth a try.

Just did a 4x superpi with the same settings as you, without Transaction booster enabled, but I was around 3 mins slower, the fastest of the cores was 17m 59s.

With it enabled, I cant post, same as last time, at least not at 400FSB.

    I will try at 380.

With transaction booster enabled and set to 1, no post at any FSB, tried right down to 266.

With Transaction booster enabled set to 0, no post at any FSB except 266 (went from 333, no post, to 300, no post, then 266 and got a post).

So, either it doesnt work for quad core, or my cpu is slightly odd.

nope, i get the same - if i have transaction booster set to auto or disabled (0) - there are 4 levels of disabled transaction booster - 0,1,2,3 - then its ok (ie i can boot with auto/disabled(0))

so, for me, transaction booster is quite literally a non-starter.

    Clock Over-Charging Mode

    1) 700mv

    2) 1000mv

I've added the 7byte utilities as they run a wider variety of tests.

    Summary

For me transaction booster does it for pi 700mv enhances 7bytes. "real world norris bench"

Heres the Clock-Overcharging Mode screenie for superpi 32M.

    700mv

    1000mv

So, 700mv is faster, but the AUTO setting clearly uses the 700mv setting as it is the same speed.

Dunno, I'm wondering if at this speed, if its the 5-5-5-12 over your 5-5-5-15 thats making it quicker?

tightening tras has obviously helped but at least with my 2core running 2xpi pushes bandwith singlre pi i see about 80:20% core utilisation. Maybe the Clock-Overcharging Mode impacts latency more as your comparison show.
