AN8 32X PCI express slot stopped working

Got home tonight and switched my machine on to be greeted with a monitor that wouldn't come out of power saving mode.

Checked monitor was ok, both 7900gts are ok.

Only thing is, they will now only work in the bottom PCI Express slot. That means i have a 7900GT sat doing nothing and my SLI won't work

Is there any chance this is a bug that i can fix? or is it more likely what im fearing and the board has broken?

does the board show any debug codes

When both cards are in it shows a code 75 and no picture

When one card is in the top slot it is FF and no picture

When one card is in the bottom slot it is FF and a picture
