Flashmenu kill my aw9d-max mobo

I cant belive that abit software kill my bios it restarted computer before it programed bootblock ,i was updating update from file with 1432 version of flash menu,and now i cant do **** it just stop at boot and u cant do nothing i can only hot flash that corrupted chip from another mobo or buy another chip what will do ,suggesting u all out there dont use that junk of software this is my last abit mobo if need to flash bios do it from dos with awdflash

FlashMenu works fine if you take a few sensible precautions same as if flashing in DOS but with either there is always a very small chance of a bad flash.
You didn't use the latest version either.

If it hasn't programmed the bootblock then you may well be able to recover from it.

It worked for me few times until now computer was not overclocked at time of flashing nothing else was working just flashmenu in the time of flash comp just restarted on its own and that never happend so i am shure that flashmenu restarted it ,and i was looking for new version and i could not find it anywhere but no matter that 5 something version is same as this only difrence is that 432 when click one click update find 13 bios and that 5 version of flash menu when click one click update find 15 biows and i always flashing by update from file

If you send me your bios chip I will reflash for you. Or if you live near the abit office you can bring it in.

I am in croatia i am gonna bring it in my store maybe them have eeprom burner if not i will send it for reprograming or will buy new chip will see dont know just now becose nobody work in croatia for a 5 days

Now this is a response, and a service, that you won't get from ASUS, or probably anyone else.

Best bet is NOT to use Windows utility to flash BIOS.
