    Which Abit motherboard?

I want to build a new PC using the Intel Core 2 Quad-Core Q6600 CPU, a large HSF (possibly the Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme with a 120mm fan or the Thermalright Ultima-90), 4GB of RAM (probably 2 x 2GB sticks) and a GeForce 8800GT video card. I want to mildly overclock the Q6600. I also want a little bit of future-proofing as I may want to upgrade the CPU/memory/video card in a couple of years. It'll all go into an Antec P182 case.

So, which Abit mobo should I go for?

The IP 35 boards I hear are pretty good

    IP35 Pro
    IP35 Express
    IP35e Express

Depending how much you want to spend

For SLI go with the Abit IN9 32X-MAX nForce 680i, The 680i overclocks Quads well, My 680i has clocked my Q6600 to 3.6GHz

I agree with ollie27, recently built an IN9-32max for a friend, top mobo with SLI supported, when for similar spec as u except 8800GTX

    agreed also

For SLI in932max is your best bet, if you are not bothered about SLI, then IP35 pro is
    the next bet.
