    RMA submission

    Hi

I submitted the RMA spreadsheet (form) as suggested for a faulty motherboard a week ago but have not heard anything back.
Previous email has been met with no response.
Needless to say, not a happy bunny.
And im going to have to fork out bucks to send it back and have the replacement sent back to me. All because I cant find the original invoice. Only had the board for a few months before it just died one morning in Dec (iv been away since). Besides it cant have been much more than a year it was released (IN9 MAX32 Wifi). Cost me a pretty penny as well.

    Re: RMA submission

    tried phoning?
start demanding on the phone.. things happen.
i bought a P9657AA-8KS2H which wouldn't proceed past the POST screen, requested an RMA, got 1, then the 2nd wouldn't work either, requested another RMA and they denied it, so i demanded they tested the first board and they found it was faulty and the 2nd board was also faulty, turns out the whole MoBo batch was faulty.
    just demand things

Can you please confirm what email address you sent the form to and I will look into it for you.

Yep sent the form to rma-uk@u-abit.eu
Hi here ya Matt and feel ya pain. When you know its broken and have to try and convince them that they are wrong. Phoning will be next option...but I have the feeling Sean may be able to help.

    Re: RMA submission

Appreciate it Sean. I think its really poor though on Abits part. They had the wrong emails on the site, and then a non reliable email on the actual RMA form?
Anyway I am about to send it to your email now.
Honestly, unless this RMA process turns out well, I may well have been put of Abit.

    Re: RMA submission

I found out what the problem is. When abit NL changed the email server the RMA account was never linked to me.

So all the emails were being received but never got forwarded. But I am getting it sorted now.
