    A little help

    hello

I have just rebuilt family PC, giving them my old parts.

    Everything works..to an extent.

When booting the system with ANY USB device connected it wont pass the Press TAB to show post key etc etc screen..it justs hangs.

I thought I could solve the problem by updating the BIOS but when I try using the Abit FlashMenu it tells me the motherboard is to old along with other stuff.

I tried the website but i cant for the life of me figure out which BIOS drivers I need.

My board is an Abit Fatality AN8 series motherboard.

    Thanks in advance

    Re: A little help

U could dl the bios to a bootable cd or floppy and try it that way, u can also do it via USB flash drive but thats a little convoluted. Some peeps dont like doing it via Windows, Ive never had a problem.

Also I take it u have installed the latest version of FlashMenu if u want to use that, some older versions do not like some newer mobos, ur AN8 isnt that old to be honest, think latest is 3.107
