AN8 SLI help

Hi all. I have an AN8 SLI board. It is posting error code 8.3. At first, I thought the PSU was bad, and changed it out. It still posts this error code though. Code before hitting the power button is 0.1. After pressing the button, it posts 8.3. and has two beeps, one long and one short. Anyone know what is going on? Is the board toast? Thanks.

was this an existing system that suddenly stopped working or 1 that you are just building?
is it hanging at 8.3. or then proceding to 9.9.?

It was an existing system that has run for years. The video card's (eVGA 7600 GT) capacitors blew out. Then the MB started hanging. I have tried using a new video card and a new PSU. Same issues. So it hangs at 8.3. Does that mean that the MB is gone? Thanks.
