need ip35-e drivers

The abit driver downloads do not seem to be working and I misplaced my cd.
If anyone could post the various utilities and drivers, I would be grateful.
I will be using an e8400 processor.

the chipset drivers you can get from Intel's site.
HD Audio from Realtek's
LAN from Marvell

Do you know if the utilities are critical or if there are any substitutes that would work?

afaik on that mobo there is nothing proprietary (like uGuru) & there should be plenty of alternative utilities.
if I can go dig out a CD at some point I can probably upload abitEQ for you.

Thanks again for all your help.
I finally got to load the bios last weekend, my ancient sony floppy drive had died and I had to acquire a new one.
Beta bios is problem free so far and has solved the temperature problem.
I will play with overclocking soon.
Time is tight with a 5 year old around.
