    IN9 32x Max Wifi - POST CODE 9.0.

    Hi,

    You are my last chance!
So, see my config under my profil, and note I have a Watercase Reserator XT to cool my 2 Geforce 8800GTX and the CPU.

Before it failed, I had only one GPU connected, but I already had a SLI with the same GPU months ago I disconnected because problem of warm. I get back my second GPU and connected it to my watercooling system, plugged the 2 PCI Bridges between the 2 GPU and boot.

PSU start, end nothing else. No keyboard initialisation, no display reaction, and a uGuru post CODE 9.0. that means "I give the hand to the BIOS". I wait for hours, without result.

I cleared CMOS using the switch, using the jumper (and I didn't try to remove the battery at the moment), but nothing change, still this post code 9.0.
I disconnected the second GPU to come back the previous hardware configuration, still post code 9.0.

Someting strange, normally after a C-CMOS, because I'm using watercooling, when uGuru load, I should have beep warning because no CPU fan detected. After C-CMOS, sometimes I had this beep, and sometimes not.

I read other forum and everybody wrote "game over, nothing to do".

    So, what next to try?

9.0. is usually either a BIOS (corrupted, unsupported CPU etc.) or power (faulty/failing/incompatible PSU, short etc.) so those are the 2 angles to attack.

    Re: IN9 32x Max Wifi - POST CODE 9.0.

Do you mean, a PSU failure could be the problem source? My Antec True Power 1000W cannot be not enought. I chose it especially for power with its 2 PCB, 4 PCIe connectors, etc, etc... Anyway, I'm going to use my PSU diagnostic tool.

This configuration, with the 2 GPU already worked in the pass, with the GPU fan block and CPU fan, so without them I should have less need in power.

Finally, by going back to the previous configuration (only one GPU) I would have the boot back, unless the PSU burned.

I think more about a BIOS corruption or a uGuru problem, especially if we take into account the fact sometimes I have the beep warning for missing CPU fan, and sometimes not.

    Up up little thread!

No answer from Abit support... doest it still exist?? I sent a mail to the support last week.
It's definetely not the PSU, I tested it and it is stable and powered enought.
