Problems with I-N73HD and a E8400 E0 cpu

Hello, I've some problems with a I-N73HD motherboard and my cpu, a E8400 E0. The bios should be updated (m705a13). The problem is my cpu always runs at 2 ghz instead of 3 ghz, even in full load. Is there a solution to my problem? Thank you very much
