ABIT AB9 Pro BIOS Cannot Be Saved

This is not the first time I faced this problem.

The first time, I do a reset of the BIOS using the jumper method. And change the BIOS battery at the same time.

It worked. Until... a few months later, it just stopped working.

Then I tried of resetting the BIOS, I will turn on power and waited 20 seconds before I press the power up button.

Now resetting the BIOS and waiting 20 seconds stopped working. After making changes to the BIOS I am not able to save the BIOS.

Another weird thing is the holding the Power for 4 secs will not shut down the system. And the reset button doesn't work either. I did check and cables and they are connected properly and it has worked before. So if I have to do a hard reset I will turn off the main power supply but when I turn back on, all BIOS settings are gone and I have the press F1 or DEL.

Please help!

could be the battery, when mine went on my ab9 pro it caused similar issues, not all batteries are equal
