IP35pro E6300 2,8 GHz is running fine, Quad Q8400 as well?

    Dear all,

after updating my BIOS to beta 18 since one year the E6300 2,8 GHz is running fine.
Temperatures are shown correct, it seems to be good alternative to deal with E8400 problems.

Since E6300 has R0 stepping I'm playing with idea to ugrade to a quad Q8400 which has R0 stepping as well. Are there any experiences already?

    Best regards

    Dear all,

Q8400 on IP35 pro is running well with BIOS beta 18!

All cores temperature are read correctly, in idle average 37 (30 - 41) degrees Celsius.
Currently it is running overclocked at 3360Hz with 1,34 V core stable.
With that CPU mark in 3dmark06 is 5229, CPU mark in 3dmark vantage (Perfomance mode) is 11935.

So, dear BIOS beta 18 builder: Thank you SOOO much!

    Best regards
