Do you mean the AW8D ?
And what do you mean by "Pentium 4 Dual Core" !?

There's
- a Pentium D (basically P4 x2. Has 3 digit model numbers, like D805, D920)
- a Pentium Dualcore (stripped down Core 2 Duo with less cache ; has 4 digit model numbers like E2180, E6300)
- a regular Pentium 4

From what I was able to find out, the board only supports regular P4's and Pentium D's, not Core 2 Duos or their little Pentium Dualcore brothers.

The AW9D supports those Core2 based CPUs though.
