Abit AN8 32x and AMD 4600x2 problems (post 9.0)

Hi,a customer of mine recently purchased an Abit AN8 32x and a AMD 4600 x2 and when i start the computer i get no video signal and it displays 9.0 code on the motherboard.
So i got a new identical motherboard but nothing changed, i then changed the RAM, Powersupply and graphicard, but no change. I dont get any beepcode or anything, it doesnt even beep when i start it withou RAM.

So i then thought it was the CPU that was faulty, so i ordered a new AMD 4600 x2 but still same problem, so i then tested with an AMD 4200 X2. Still the same, black screen and the 9.0 code is displayed.

Luckily i work as a system engineer/technician so i have access to alot of parts, but still this is starting to get expensive due to the returns. Any help is appriciated.

Summary:
Tried 2 ABIT AN8 32x, 2 AMD 4600 X2, 1 AMD 4200 X2, 2 GeForce 7900, 2 different pairs of ram 3200 and 4000 and 2 PSU, the last one was 750W. And all i get is a dark screen and the 9.0 Code, only time i can get a beep code is if i start it whitout CPU. doesnt beep without RAM.

in dire need of help. all help appriciated.

i found a similar thread describing a mounting hole that should not be use.


Is there damage to CPU, ram and GFX card too or just motherboard beeing damaged as i had used the same moutning hole?
