    Unhappy Nf7-s

I have an Abit NF7-S mobo and am running an XP2500+ CPU.
A couple of weeks ago my house got hit by lightning... The next day i turned on my pc, it booted to the Windows screen, i tried to run a prog and it switched itself off, no power nothing happening.
Afterwards i tried turning on and it wouldn't even start, no led's no fans. I concluded that it was the power supply that had been fried and so i got a new one and fitted it the other day.
I switched on the pc and it booted, i ran a program, everything seemed ok and sorted out.
However after about 15mins the pc failed, the monitor displayed "no signal" but this time the led's on the front of the tower stayed lit and the fans carried on going. I am now concerned that it could be a mobo fault.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for your help,
    Adam

.. or the contents of the BIOS chip. It's worth using the jumper (usually beside the onboard Lithium battery) to clear BIOS, maually enter in your settings again (you did remember to write them down?) and try again.

Lastly, run a chkdsk on all of your hard-drives as a hardware driver fault can do some pretty strange things too.
