no, that uses the P965/ICH8R chipset & is full ATX.
IB-90 has integrated gfx & is mATX.

I'm not really the best person to ask as I work in the technical department, my job is to worry about motherboards that have been released. Best place to check is the abit USA forum. New & future boards are always being discussed there.
