My Antec 550W truepower 2.0 (TP2-550) died and I put in a ticket about the warranty on it and I received a email back today from Antec, in the email it states that Antec use ENTA for replacments
Note: You will not return the defective power supply to your reseller for replacement. You will actually send the defective power supply to ENTA after your reseller arranges the RMA on your behalf. Any reseller in your area should be able to help you with the replacement as long as they are willing to contact ENTA first.
Does this mean that I can ask any reseller to do this for me such as Scan because I have no idea from what online retailer I got it from and can't find the receipt for it which is required for a direct RMA via your rotterdam office
