Since getting my GTX 480 I have noticed that my psu is making some weird noises when playing games/other gpu demanding applications.

For example, I have attached an mp3 clip of the noise it makes when playing Deus Ex Human Revolution:

Do I need to rma this psu?

The noise you are experiencing will cause no harm, but certainly is disturbing. Therefore we will certainly swap the unit for another.
