I'm harzarding a guess of £200.. which is still stupid when you factor in what the exchange rate is like at the minute..

tbh the mini ipod looks like a cross between the 1 gen ipods and the 3rd gen ipod

So its $249 for 4gb of space in a mini ipod, or $299 for 15gb in a standard one......

They're pricing based on the fact that people want size and convenience, over actual capacity. That said, I still feel it is overpriced, and I'm disappointed by the announcement. However, they will still sell shed loads, and maybe the price will drop in the next few months.

well, id say starting price about £200, but there was a news item on the macworld website that Apple had said they may well be reviewing the price shortly.
