Sits here stroking his macbook

This is like 'spot the mole' from the first series of 24 .
Haha, link has crashed.
Gosh I can almost feel the combined smugness* of so many Mac slaves emanating from out of my screen...
*At least 20,000 Clarksons [the universal rating of units of smugness]

The Macbooks I've seen and used (a good mate of mine has one) are pretty nice actually - that's praise indeed from me as niggling my Mac using friends has always been a bit of a hobby TBH.
From UM's website:
"Q. What if I prefer a Windows-based machine?
A. That's an option [if you want everyone to laugh at you and stick 'Nina Myer' signs on your back], but it's one we do not recommend unless you plan to make a career of computer-assisted reporting. By the time you purchase photo, audio and video software for a PC, you probably will have spent more than you would if buying a comparable Apple Computer. Buy a PC if you prefer to do so, but make sure it is wireless and has Microsoft Office. Almost 100 percent of last year's freshmen chose Apple computers."
