    Very good - far better than 2004 - and loads of changes - worth it if you use your Mac for biz.

    Yup, by far one of the best recent Microsoft products

    Can understand why the interface might scare some people at first, but it really is a huge step forward than just piling menus on top of each other

    office for mac is very different to office on windows. different teams, different release schedules, different feature set

    Had a quick play with it and takes a while to load still.

    And if any one can explain why the heck MS decided to have in the word options the change default file type for doc/docx etc in save but in excel in compatability, I'd be very impressed.

    Its the same with office 2007 on windows, things are consistent across word and excel its silly.

    Love the new dock icons for office 2008 though they are great.
