iPod Returns Time???
Well a while back I found out that my iPod wouldn't charge no more (only had it since crimbo) scuffs all over the screen which in turn would cut out every so often and the whole back of the iPod scratched to bits. After some investigation found out my brother had it one afternoon (which he denied) but he was flashing it about so I know he had it so I sent it off to Apple. Its now been three weeks and I haven't heard a thing from them. I know they said if it was being replaced then they would have to send it off for the engraving again but it shouldn't take this long.
Has anyone sent their iPods back to Apple and knows roughly how long it takes for them to return the things.
Cheers

I had a faulty one but it was under 28 days old so I made Apple swap it for a brand new one. They told me that if I sent it away for repair instead, it could be 4 or 5 weeks since it has to go to their engineers in Holland or somewhere like that. I thought that was pretty awful, so I made them give me a new one.
You might be waiting a while. Best thing to do is get on the phone and chase it up. Asking people to wait more than a month when you've paid a small fortune is pretty poor, IMO.

Ta, I know they said there may be a small wait if it was replaced to get it engraved again. Will try and call them during my lunch break at work.
