    Ipod help needed

I have downloaded some great music from Mountain Stage.
When I try to load it onto my iPod it says it can not be played on an iPod.
It is downloaded as an " MPEG audio stream".
Any ideas how I can get it onto my iPod?
I managed to drag it into iTunes with no problems.
    Thanks

    This is the link:
    Mountain Stage

Even if it doesn't help some of the music is very good.

If I can drag it into iTunes why can't I transfer it onto my iPod?

    Re: Ipod help needed

What error message do you get on your iPod, what model/generation is it?

those appear to be standard .mp3 files (unless you are getting the .m3u ones?), the only concern is that they are ~100mb, but im assuming an iPod can handle files that big...

    Re: Ipod help needed

In info it says the file is an "MPEG audio stream"
The message says it can not be played on this iPod.
It is the previous generation Nano ( colour but not video)
    Thanks for the input.
N.B In itunes to the left of the name it has the symbol that looks the same as the Airport signal strength symbol found at the top in Safari???

    Confused? You will be!

    Re: Ipod help needed

which one did you download, try re-downloading a .mp3 one (ie 'Windows' instead of 'Real' on that page)...

does the file play in itunes then? can you convert it to .aac before it goes on the ipod?

    very odd!
