That happened with mine but I just pushed it back in position. However yours looks slightly worse than mine was.

I took mine back and i just cba with it all tbh. Too much hassle. I'l stick with my 64mb creative job- does everything i need and doesnt weigh a tonne. Just take it back mate and get a refund.
If i was buying a jukebox now i would seriously explore other avenues- the only worthy one being the zen

My Zen is great, bit bigger than the Ipod but I don't particularly care.

its done it again I still have a few days left on dixons 28 day return thing, and im seriously considering it. I really like it, and its so good to be able to listen to the music i feel like listening, rarther than the cd i have with me, but if its falling appart after a couple of weeks? Creative Zen or an iRiver maybe...
What shud i do? Return it? Keep it and put up with the gap that forms everytime its been in my pocket for a day ?
I for one would deffinatly not keep it! At the very least take it back and get another one, else it's just gonna keep doing it.
Return it, even tho I said not to get one in irc ageees ago before you got it
Return it mate. I got the store manager and he was really good about it- couldnt believe that i wasnt impressed with it though
i heard that ipods were designed to break really easily, and i know the battries only have around 500 charges before they lose the ability to hold any more thats about 1 and a half years.
apple are up to too much and getting away with it.
the new smaller ipods were only gonna cost around £60-100 now look at them £200.
