Syncronising iCal with phone / PC etc?

Hi all. Just got a macbook pro and am wondering about a couple of things. The first is wheter or not you can share information with your phone, mac and PC alltogether? I have a nokia n95 so dont know if that calendar can sync with iCal or not? Also I use a PC at work so would be good to get all the same addresses, calendar events etc on my pc, mac and phone.

I know mobile me exists but have only read up briefly on this and you have to pay and annual subscription too! Not really up to doing that to be honest but is that the only way?

    Thanks very much guys.

Apple have a service called MobileMe which is subscription based and is supposed to sync everything over the internet etc. However it is specifically designed for the iPhone in mind so i doubt that the N95 would work with this. It is also fairly pricey (around £60 a year i think).
You are best just trying to sync with 1 computer and keep that up to date.

iSync will be what you need. Just add the phone and press sync
