Format mini Ipod??? HOW?

Can anyone tell me how to format my mini ipod.

I wanna sell it and remove everything from the HD....but i cant seem to find a way via iTunes or any method at all.

Reset to factory defaults? Should be under the options menu...

Download the iPod updater, click restore.

Get the iPod updater, it should give you an option. It's not in iTunes
