Which iBook do you have mate? Always check with crucial.com/uk to make sure they are/aren't cheaper first - they offer excellent customer service and lifetime warranty.

    Cheers,

I bought the Corsair for my MacBook.

Also, buying from scan you'll get free delivery (not sure if that has already been factored into the overall costs?)

£72 inc postage, i thought it seemed to be a bit too good to be true (and with ebay it normally is) so i paid using my credit card just in case, it's definately a gig stick and it seemed like a genuine apple one but i didnt inspect it too closely before putting it in.

it works and was cheaper than ebugger, scan, apple etc so im happy.

Thats a great deal - on the subject of crucial, I wouldn't reccomend them for apple memory - their prices are sky high for it...almost as much as direct from apple themselves

    This depends on the model.

The new ones this certainly doesn't apply -

    Apple charge £400 for 2GB
    Crucial charge £186
Scan sell the Corsair Value memory for £150.

Just check out each retailer before you go for the ram - the prices have been up and down lately.
