    No probs coco

Installed with no problems , couple of menus to press re keychain but other than that nothing has massively changed.

Widget manager is nice but should have been included before now.

isync threw an error the first time I tried to sync my s700i but worked fine the second I think it was a blootoof issue rather than isync.

Well the main thing in this is tiger now works with Proxy Authentication - meaning i can use dashboard, safari, auto updates etc here at work without having to use a 3rd Party Program like Authoxy - plus we can start rolling out tiger to people in the company.

It's almost like it's having issue with the authentication..
I've given up for now, so I'm using a nice long ethernet cable into the garden..

    Problem solved, ish..

It looks like there is indeed a bug in both 10.4.2 and the airport update which pretty much knackers any 802.11 connections with certain routers, luckily there is a work-around:

    1. Download the file :
    http://fabounio.free.fr/bidouille/airport.zip

    2. Make a backup of the following files :
    /System/library/extensions/AppleAirport.kext
    /System/library/extensions/AppleAirport2.kext

    3. Replace these files with the ones contained in the .zip Archive

    4. Repair permissions so the files are correctly reallocated

    5. Restart.

This should effectively "roll-back" the airport drivers to 10.4.1, which has cleared up my connection issues

I wonder how far away 10.4.3 is...
