OS X printing issues

having got round the MSN issue...

every time i print a document, a second 'test' page gets printed too

i'm using an HP 1220c with OS 10.0.3

any ideas???

Try upgrading to 10.1.(5 I think was the latest) as its got a lot of fixed stuff? 10.0 was pre-release (IE 10.1 was the first public/for sale version)...please correct me if I'm wrong. You do at least expect non-release software to be buggy in some ways!!

i'll try, when i can 'borrow' the turbo-connection at work...

whats on the test page is it the printer doing self tests. as we have a HP that always prints a damn test sheet when turned on
