Apple have decided that the iPod will now also be sold through Virgin Megastores.

They are the same price as from Apple direct, although most stores have to order them in for you and that takes 48hrs.

So, looks like I'm asking for Virgin Vouchers fir Xmas

U can get them in carphone warehouse as well now according to my house mate whos a manager there. Don't know wot price

48 hours sure beats the 2 weeks it takes from Apple's website. Let's hope you can get the Apple student discount in Virgin too.

if you know a teacher, they get a fairly decent discount direct from apple. Thats where my other half got her ipod from, worked out roughly the same price you could get them off ebay for.

Those iTrips are illegal to use in Britian, thou i doubt you will have any trouple with them as they arent very high powered.
