Mac Mini Ram Questions

now running with 1 gig and one slot to spare.

With hindsight, I wish I had just purchased the 2 x 1gb sims as that was not an easy or fun task to do.

Gordy's video made it quite straight forward though.

Big thanks to all who helped. Info on this thread was very valuable to someone new to macs.

As a side issue is there any places that would want my 2 x 256 sims ?

I have with the audio recording I'm doing. I have more channels available to me in Ram so the recording quality is much better, and the encoding is much better.

I've not noticed much in the way of general usage though, but to be fair I'm a pretty light mac user so I didn't expect to see much.

I only got this upgrade to allow more features of the audio recording software I bought the mac for.
