    mi Wii and mii

    Yo everyone.
    I have a problem.
    I want to play my wii in my room at uni. but i dont have/want a physical tv aswell.
    I have a MBP with an external monitor which has both VGA and digital inputs.
    ANY IDEAS?

    What output does the Wii have e.g scart? Cos if so, you can probably buy a converter.

    do vga boxes work, or is the picture quality shocking? never tried so i ca't comment; just heard of them

    according to other forums (where a lot of the users have trouble figuring out what a VGA cable would actually DO, so pinch of salt...) there should be one available soon, no dates have been mentioned as far as i can see, only that it was supposed to be available from launch and wasnt for some reason.

    Any source for that info? A vga cable would be brilliant. I was able to pick up a modded vga cable for the gamecube which basically allowed me to use it with a monitor. I'm hoping for something similar with the Wii.

    yeah.. vga's are really a life saver... my current hd tv doesnt accept any interfaces from the laptop other than vga =/
