    Dac/AMP needed for beyerdynamic dt 990 pro?

    I purchased the 250 ohm version and have a MacBook Pro mid 2012. Is a dac & amp necessary or will it simply bring the best out of the product?

    Another post that is a couple of years old or more being answered, think they would have probably found their answer by now.
