Let's see if you know the rules of the road shall we?
I have just seen in another thread people complaining about being held up at box junctions.
Does anyone actually know the rules for box junctions?

do not enter a box junction unless your exit is clear?

don't think you're allowed to stop in them unless you're turning erm, right isn't it? that was the question i nearly failed my test on 10+ years ago and i've not yet got round to looking it up, just don't go in box junctions unless exit is clear these days

Box junctions. You MUST NOT enter the box until your exit road or lane is clear. However, you may enter the box and wait when you want to turn right, and are only stopped from doing so by oncoming traffic, or by other vehicles waiting to turn right.
unless you are are turning right you must not wait in the box junction, and mustn't cross the box's boundries while waiting to turn.

OK, what about 'advanced stop lines'?
These are the ones that occur when a cycle lane meets traffic lights.
you stop behind the solid white line until lights go green

with advanced stop lines you must stop before the line furthest from the jucntion, wait for a cyclist to nip in infront of you then pull away at 1.4mph as you can't overtake due to oncoming traffic.

What does an AMBER light mean?
when the lights are on green, and it turns to amber, u must break unless it would cause an accident.

Amber means 'STOP' unless it would cause an accident to do so.
Someone else ask a question now!
Amber lights also means the vehicle its attached to is a utility vehicle if its on top, or the direction the driver is thinking about turning if its on the side
