Headunit I have at the mo is at- KDC 5021
I'm planning on changing my speakers soon too.
At the moment the standard headunit can be turned upto around number 20 then they start crackling... The headunit can go upto as far as 32 ish!!
So im thinking if i replace the speakers... i'll be able to take it into the higher louder range :D
Need some new 10cm speakers for the front doors. and maybe some 6x9's in the back or 17cm speakers.
The beauty of the mx5 is the fact you are limited and can't go crazy :)

there's a couple in each headrest - stereo for everyone! the original speakers are rectangular and suck, so it's best to replace all four with a pair (of 10cm jobbies)
