What looked like a nearly new moped/scooter thing... Pretty normal, no?
This one has a frigging blue CCFL stuck to the bottom!! Exactly like the one in my computer!!
Of all the times to randomly look out the window and I saw that... Christ! The things people do!

i know someone who's got neons under his scooter, and a little switch down by his foot embedded into the plastic so he can turn em on n off quickly and discretely if needs be (i.e. the coppers...), and it looks damn stupid. i would never dream of making my 50cc crotch rocket (hahahaha, i do love exageration) look that stupid, it looks stupid standard, hehe :D

I don't understand the reasoning to having it underneath most cars tbh, yes it looks good on a riced up eclipse in california but not on a metro in essex
On a side note - somewhat related to daft lighting - some mush got done for driving with fog lights on in broad daylight the other day. 30quid fine, which was good, and numpties with 15 neons need fining too imo.
