    Question First Car... (Again)

    hey all,

Im saving up for my first ever car, and was wondered what you think i should get, i was thinking about a 1.3SR nova. But what do you think of them and is there anything better. I got about £1000 (or will have) to spend.

for a grand you can get a lot better than a Nova SR ( you'll have a job finding one that hasn't been thrashed )

you could always but my Rover Vitesse for £700 , but thats possibly not the most suitable 1st car

why not look at somethign like a pug 106 Rallaye (- fast and should be in your budget )

I dont know much about Nova's (except how much I hate them ) but I think you can do a lot better for £1000.

Try checking autotrader, theres a hell of alot of choice for that price bracket mate.

I'd also say consider ford, but then thats cuz I like ford's. but they are pretty cheap to buy and parts are easily found for them.

can't beat a decent mk4 escort 1.3 for a 1st car. cheap to insure, you can get a damn nice one for £1000.

if war is the answer, then we are asking the wrong question
