My car..... some new pics
Its an imported Mazda Roadster (MX5 in the UK)
Unfortunately some git put a HUGE scratch right across my bonnet right down through the lacer and a stone also flicked up and chipped an area around the windscreen so I decided to have both areas re-sprayed.

Why?! Are our roads smoother than the ones in Japan or something? :p
Re: My car..... some new pics
It sits just a little high in on the wheels if you ask me.
The first week I got it

I had polished it quite a bit by then. I found this car sitting up in front of the MDs house. He had had it since new and it had covered about 20,000 miles, his wife used to drive it (but found that if you drive to hard with a rear wheel drive car with no TC in the wet you will end up facing the wrong way) It had been sitting for over 18 months and it was a real mess, the paint had gone a bit dull, full of bird crap, the interior was a real mess and was smelling due to the drain holes being blocked so the water ran into the cabin and there was no gear knob??
Re: My car..... some new pics
Stunning car mate, am quite tempted to have an MX5 as my next car, although I want the hard top.

Re: My car..... some new pics
Woo MX5 FTW :) I love mine, don't care if it makes me a hairdresser, I'll be one whilst outhandling all your pansy modern FWD cars ;) :D And yours looks great!
Re: My car..... some new pics
A gorgeous set of wheels Squire, wouldn't mind one of those meself :)
Re: My car..... some new pics
You going for the usual KYB dampers and Racing Beat springs or going all out with either a monotube design with aluminium body coilover (forgot their name now...but are made in the states), the usual TEIN sets or the Absolute Shocks Gaz coilovers?
Definitely know about having no TC. :D Tried clutch kicking yet? Yours should come with AC which is always a nice addition (imports usually do).
Re: My car..... some new pics
Yes it has AC, rear and front brace bars, rear spolier, remote central locking (not standard on UK spec I don't think) and a really odd switch that stops you being able to put the windows up an and down ???
I was looking at GAZ adjustable coilovers
Re: My car..... some new pics
Odd on the window switch...not heard that one before.
AC is brilliant (well not for me anymore, Emerald M3D doesn't support it natively).
Found the US monotube coilovers.
Stance Coilovers
Pricey but from what I have heard very nice and you used to be able to specify the springs you wanted to.
Their gallery has a few pictures of an MX5 (NB) equipped with the coilovers. It looks far too tasty...!
