Stange Cars..................
Its hard to believe that the company AC Cars based in Surrey produced these 2 wonderful cars.
The AC Cobra

Max Speed: 165mph
And the AC Model 70

Max Speed: 55mph
can you think of any other car manufacturers that produce cars from all scales of the market?
Re: Stange Cars..................
Sorry, gotta nitpick :p
The AC cobra was only called the AC cobra because carol shelby had AC in surrey custom make a light frame for him. It wasn't made by AC.
As for companies that cover both ends of the market, lamborghini make tractors and supercars, mercedes make SL500's and smart cars and nissan make micra's and skylines.
Loads of companies try it, not many succeed though :/

you dont need to tell me about AC cars m8. ;) (notice the comment in my signature? thats the slogan for AC cars)
Texan Caroll Shelby plonked a big V8 into a small AC Ace 60's sports car. Creating the AC Cobra. or should i say... Shelby Cobra.
At the end of the day... AC Cars still make AC Cobra's of various different types. 212, 289, 427 even if they do have Caroll Shelby origins
Ever heard the story about the $100 note on the windscreen while accelerating and asking the passenger to reach out to grab it. If they can they can keep it ;)
