My bargain banger has scrubbed up quite nice!

Fiat Brava 1.2 16v 80 SX. It doesn't look half bad with a polish and hoover and nicer than me ropey old Clio. Awwwwwwwww

We worked out that with the cost of buying it and all the bits, and taking away the half tank of petrol it's got and the £5 in change we found it's cost £235 all in all. it's taxed till end of November and MOT'd till October. My insurance kicks in from midnight, there was no cost to swap details as I had less than a week before it ran out on the Clio ( £310 fully comp ) am very pleased with my budget car I have to say

Looking good, I polished my old terd of a Vectra the other week and she came up a treat (no pics I'm affraid) she looks really dirty again now though, hoping to get a friend of a friend to give her a professional clean up soon including the removal of the scratches her bumpers have

Wife took our car to car wash today. Still not properly clean though. Needs a damn good hoover inside though!! Might do that the weekend.

I kmow it won't be long before mine needs a clean. Think of taking it to be valeted properly, as the interior would be really nice with a proper scrub up

The problem I have is no matter how hard I try is my dash attracts the dust. If I give it a good clean days later it looks like it's not been done for years and I can't explain it, all my cars have been like it. I have a theory its to do with where I work.

Nice wheels Shelly Having done the Fiat thing for my first car with a Punto (1.1 55 SX) I know you'll have a fun car you can enjoy just as much as you did with your Clio.

I still regret getting shut of my brava, that was an 80 sx too, same colour, on a 51 plate. those 1.2's are spritey little things. the brakes are next to useless and you daren't take a corner faster than you would a shopping trolley, but they're still a giggle.

shelley.. you live in one of the UK's prettiest counties...

you have a clean car and a camera....

GET YOUR ARSE TO A COUNTRYSIDE LOCATION, not you drive, AND TAKE SOME PRETTIER PICTURES.

    PLEASE.
