That place is mere minutes away from my office, I would be interested to hear what you thought about them down there . . . . ?

They seemd alright, pretty friendly chaps and I didn't find them pushy. If people try and push me to buy something I go right off the boil and refuse to buy without a long hard think!

They shift one hell of a lot of cars, I was there for 2 hours (including test drive, so was out for 20mins or so) and they sold 3 cars in 2 hours (near closing on a rainy Wednesday!)

The car has an 'independent' RAC check with it so you know nothing is horrible with it at least. They try and push a warranty with it but I probably won't bother... we'll see.

I often work in Woking so it was quite handy, only 20mins (in the wrong direction!) can't wait to get her.... =)

Cool, glad you got on ok, I've heard mixed reports about them, some quite good, others who couldnt stand the place. I think if you went there towards the end of the Month things could be a bit different. I didnt like it as they didnt have quite what I was looking for, and were quite insistant on trying to sell me something there and then rather than listen to the list of things I wanted.

Drop me a line or something when you pick it up, if I'm around pub foods or something?

I have preached about the BM straight 6 diesels, and well I knew once you tried one the car would sell itself.

    Re: New car help! (please!)

Got the beast yesterday... pretty chuffed with it, 2 fairly small issues with her which is a pain though... the garage has agreed to fix though so not a huge problem.

    1) Rear drive side door actuator needs replacing (common problem from what i've seen)
    2) I have had a 'no key/faulty key' error on the dash while driving a couple of times... bit odd... dunno wtf that is

Anyway, done about 200-250 miles since I got her, and well happy bar the above issues. It's a monster, an animal. I've managed about 40MPG on a long run... er, on a short run earlier (8 miles.) I got er.... uhhhm.... 16MPG

Great bit of kit though, really fast but feels very solid... looking forward to jumping in tomorrow

    Will keep you updated !
