Run the engine and have the heaters on, preferably with a gap at the top of the windows to let the warm moist air out, or with a gap in the sunroof if applicable.
oops I did this with my MG a few years ago (left the roof down over night) Most of it I mopped up with old towels then used a few if those large silica gel bags you get with servers and such like to speed the drying of the carpets ect
mate.. if it's hot over there just leave the windows all wide open, and let it dry for the weekend.
if it's not so hot as it is here..running engine, hot air heater on, fan on max, directed to FOOTWELL, windows down an inch...
No, no garage.... if I had, it'd be full of mountain bikes anyway...

I'm too tight to have the car sitting there running doing nothing, so whilst a good suggestion, it's not happening...
Were talking a couple of £'s, so surely its worth it to get the car dried out as quickly as possible?!
It will cost a lot more to have to replace mouldy/rotten carpets and maybe have to get some welding done when the bottom of the door or the floor rusts through!
What engine is it? If its a huge V8, then yeah it would cost a bit more, but if its a modern smallish engine, it would probably use hardly anything when just idling.
if you have aircon/climate control it can be used as a dehumidifier,mop up all you can with towels, then drive around with the the aircon on. look around locally for a place that does silica gell bags cheap, leave as many as possible in the car to absorb moisture. PM me your address, I will see if I can send yous some silica and absorbents. part of my job is dealing with chemical spills, have dealt with a wet car in the past.
You can buy dehumidifiers for cupboards at the likes of b&q, usually in one of the paint aisles randomly, if its bad might be worth forking out and getting an electric one. Otherwise drive about with the aircon on like fibb says.
Leave it in the airing cupboard for a couple of days
