well on Wednesday I will!
It is a 1997 1.4 Seat Ibiza SXE.
Not in perfect condition, not in terrible condition and should easily last me a year couple of small dents and scratches but it will do
Ooooh, Seat Ibiza Good choice that man. Enjoy the freedom!
Im actually seriously considering a Kia for my next car, brand new under 8 grand... but we;ll talk more about that when I get my divorce settlement
I still remember the feeling I had when I finally learned to drive at age 30 and bought my very first car ! A truly terrible Renault 5 TL, soft top that leaked everywhere. Came to do it's first MOT and I was then told it was two cars welded together ! It had to be scrapped and I had to start again
Good Luck with the Seat ! Jason Plato swore by them a season or two ago, the diesel that was

Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.

I'm looking at a bright yellow cupra after the past journey in my car lol
Glad you went for the one I suggested, first thing to do is get the Haynes manual for it and do a full check of EVERYTHING (pads/discs, probs drums on the back, radiator, fluid levels etc) The MOT only checks some things
Ouch, thats never good !
I remember one of my mates had one of those as his first car. Renault 5 1.1 TL. We were all out one evening and he picked us all up in it. 5 lads in this car and it struggled togo anywhere, driving down quite a steep hill one night he took a roundabout too quickly, lost control and tore the fear box out the car !!
My first car was a Mark 2 VW Golf 1.3 engine on a 4 speed manual box, basically a Polo engine, on a G plate which turned out to be wrotten as a pear on the underside because it lived most of its life by the sea. I spent shed loads on it having it all welded only for some twit to side swipe it in a car park
Have a guess at what my second car was ?
Anyway enjoy the freedom DisturbedGuy Out of interest how much was the car and how much are you being robbed blind for insurance ?
Car cost just short of £600, the dealership are MOT'ing it and stuff which is why I cant collect until wednesday and so far I am being quoted £2700 for insurance.
Yup I understand this, I will get a Haynes manual, but I would like to get it serviced, just for peace of mind xD.Best learn all you can tbh, why pay £80 to service a car when they really do feck all, only thing you couldn't do yourself is change oil
A service includes things like checking the lights work and the aircon works etc, nothing really technical in the main garages
Some quick questions if you dont mind please Hexus.
What would I need to get done to legally drive the car on the road.
Tax
M.O.T
Insured
Anything I have missed?
Also, I need/ want a replacement gear stick/ boot for the car it the one it has is pretty warn, the gear stick/ gear box is push down for reverse, anyone suggest anywhere to get the bits?
