    Slr.....

If you missed top gear, you really missed out.

This car is sooo sweet, just damn fast at everything. It completly killed an SL55 in a 1/2mile drag race. Takes less time to stop from 120mph that a normal car does from 60mph. Top speed of 208mph, price tag of £312,000. Was 3 seconds quicker than the fastest car round the track (Lambo murcielago @ 1min 23.)

I want one...just outside my budget.

Rest of the program was good too.....hehe

Anyone prefer the Carrera GT over one of these!?

Hypontising Richard Hammond was the best bit though, especially Jeremy went *whack* into 'his 911'.

The way hammond couldnt even make that Alfa do anything...LOL!! made me laugh so much, im sure he was going to cry when clarkson crashed into his lovely 911. Also the arguement at the end "but it was wet" "the porsche is a honed machine."

Lady peneoples car was wicked, but i thought Roll's made it!!? bit horrified to find out it was a ford!!

They had some "bling" stuff on.

    And the SLR....awesome.

No cheap cars....next week they have to buy a car for £100, so uber cheap cars

I liked the Alfa 147 GTA. Nice little wolf in sheeps clothing .

As for Fab 1 didnt look like it was going anywhere particularly well. Looked pretty MAD though .

The rest of the show was funny as usual.

"Jay Zed" and "Puff Diddly" had me laughing

The SLR OMG THE SLR. that was truely awesome - i don't generally watch top gear for affordable cars myself, i'd prefer someone other than clarkson to objectively review say the megane rs 225 etc.

But with these ridiculously expensive cars let him have a laugh with it. The BLING culture thing really did make me cringe tho, someone should shooot anyone who is that DUMB to believe that big bold and fking crap is good then, they should be run over by that escilade.

Actually i lie the Smart Roadster made me think i wanted to buy it but not for the £14,000 that Merc see fit to charge. Out of all the cars sitting in a big semicircle the one i decided to take for a ride was the Smart Roadster

Despite their high pedigree and their reputation, they pale into insignificance alongside the latest Aston Martins.

And Merc dealers are to55ers too.

I WANT AN AIRBRAKE like that Merc...I NEED an airbrake like that Merc....

I'm still convinced that Stig is Perry McArthy.

The Stig was Perry McCarthy - fact, it was ultimately rumbled and admitted on their website, so because his identity was leaked, they killed him off

    BUT

The Stig 2 (white Stig to replace the black Stig who 'died' in the aircraft carrier stunt') may still be Perry McCarthy, or a different driver.

    Who knows...
