Not sure if you saw this on sunday, but you probably best take a leaf out of the ww2 pilots book (which will be close to you through il-2 anyway ). Start sitting on a helmet when co-driving. Why?

Gronholms co-driver was violated by a rock (steel rod?) while racing through the hot stages of turkish rally. The offending object pierced the bottom of the car and his seat.

Doctors say it (his behind) will be black for two weeks and is gonna hurt a lot

I suppose its good it wasn't something more precious

So Beware!

P.S. Been offroading with some mates this sunday - muchos fun and many an incident are to be reported. will post that and some photos when i can make myself move.
