LOL - I remember 3DFX, wonder where he is now!

Personaly, i'm not a fan of the new golf, but if the price is right and you get all the gadgets, then its all good!

well he got banned a while back, doubt he's bothered to come back tbh... as for the choice of the golf, dad decided it was either that or the focus c-max... and we all (kids/mum/dad) prefered the golf so thats what we've got.. i think the only optional extra we didnt get was the GPS thing heh..

    brum brum

    that reckons its
    Power output (PS @ rpm): 210 @ 4,000 (standard model 140)
    Max torque (lbs ft @ rpm): 330 @ 1,750 (standard model 236)
not too sure tbh tho, more oomph than the old 2.2litre espace we've had the past 4 years thats forsure!

    Nice.

I like the front of it, quite a lot actually, but I'm not keen on the back of the Mk5, the Punto-style clusters just look wrong tbh.

    Good choice though

The fronts are looking more and more like SEATs, I know they are made by the same company but a bit of variance surely?? As I'm sure SEATs are cheaper to buy / insure than golfs.

But in saying that, it's a fantastic car, nice toys as well... I hate people who go for the flash "beemer" or Merc, only to get the base model with wheel trims and manual windows because thats all they could afford. Why not get a cheaper car with all the toys, like above, and live life in style.

    Great car.

    /Thumbs up
