Did anyone watch the Rally of Argentina?

Did you see Martin's crash? That was quite scary. Even though i knew they were fine. The way everything around the rollcage got mulched...

Also - what is it with the subarus and water splashes? Such a shame to see Peter fall victim to one even after he took it slow

With all 3 main contenders out Loeb made a huge break for it. Still a great rally though.

The car did not look much like a focus after going arse over tit at 100mph

Yeah - I was watching it ... it was quite a crash. Have you seen one of those Subarus with the bonnet up? They have HUGE carbon fiber vents that lead straight into the Turbo/engine which are bound to get full of water unlike some of the other cars which have various upside down ubends etc.

Not sure about the crushing front end though - I presume they must drop quicker and hit the bottom easyer than the other cars

The bonnet damage was because it went into the water as opposed to over it and scooped it all up

Shame really. Nice to have a 4 way championship fight.

Some of the stages where cars basically drive between to twisting lines of spectators about 2-3 deep. They are mad. Or standing on the very edge on the inside of a corner - dont the silly gits know that rally cars cut corners...
