Realistic Purchase
If you could afford it, what car would you have. Don't go overbaord and say something like a Ferrari, Mclaren F1 etc, a realistic life aim. OK lets say a price. £40K and under, brand new on the road. No second hand cars :)
Mine is a Honda Civic Type R, or if I did earn a fair bit I'd try and save for a BMW M3.

True but this has a set budget limit :)
-
I'll have the Monaro when it comes out, should be less than 40K :D
/just gotta wait till next year sometime...
-
it does have a set budget limit yes, but its essentially the same thread....

Well the other was TOP 5 realistic cars, this is just one. :)
:p
-
MONARO!!!!!!
Zak when U get them in bagsy the 1st test drive, oh and can you get me one cheap? :D
-
-
I'm with fondie there...either that or one of the old Makinen editions...
:)

Damn hard one this except that it would never be a Monaro. I can't understand why Vauxhall, at a time when they're desparate to improve their image, has chosen one of the most bland motor cars currently in production to lead their range. The three door Astra concept shows a far better design direction compared to a mid-nineties faceless jelly mould Monaro.
Sorry to be so forthright but it's one of the worst decisions I've seen from a motoring manufacturer in years. Hell I'd rather see rebadged Camero! ..... well you get my meaning anyway :)
The Evo is a keeper. Difficult to beat for the cash :D

Coming in at just a touch under 40K (£37,555)

Audi S4 MMMMMMMM

I probably won't be able to afford a £40k car, unless I somehow get filthy rich... or at least "comfortable", so I'll stick with my Golf, thankyouverymuch :D

TD6 or V8. Not bothered (although I'd have the diesel given the choice)

OK, if it's an absolute hard limit of £40, I'll have the XJ6 3.0 litre V6 thanks...
