    That sounds ace then.
Instructed driving on track is very different to road driving. I've done a bit in my own car; you really can throw a car into corners quite fast!

    Re: Driving Day

My family bought the Ferrari experience day for my dad last year for his birthday. And since I was going to go along with him I bought the same package for me... I LOVE the 458....
so he goes out on track - in the Porsche Cayman first of all. Then I get a go.
I love the instructors: have you done anything like this before...??
me: Ive been racing MX5's for 3 years.
Instructor: Oh, fantastic - off we go.

I got in the 458 - the instructor was definitely pushing me. When I did my 4 laps he said he really enjoyed that.
I guess the car was being pushed a bit harder and faster than what he normally has to deal with from the passenger seat.
Also, what a car!! Thruxton is quite bumpy down the back 'straight'.... I feel bad for lifting in 7th gear now.
