    What is 'urban' music anyway?

    My Hip-Hop suggestions:

    1. Public Enemy- fight the power
    2. NWA- straight outta compton
    3. LL Cool J- mama said knock you out
    4. De La Soul - say no go
    5. Deee-Lite - groove is in the heart (not strictly hip-hop but it has a rap by Q-Tip in the middle so....)
    6. Black Eyed Peas - hey mama (or shut up)

    Black music.

A lot of these suggestions have been Pop(ish) music.

    Try some of these...

    50 Cent - Disco Inferno,
    Dead Prez - Hip Hop,
    Usher - Caught Up,
Young Buck - Let Me In
50 Cent - Dem Not Ready
Terror Squad - Lean Back (Biggie Remix)

I'll post some more when I get in and browse through my *CD* collection.
